Melissa Fancey was the culprit of the neighbourhood's fourth fire the other evening. Rumour has it that the fire started while she was creating counterfeit money to ease her struggles in paying the club staff!
She needn't have worried though, as she then brought home a §75,000 bonus from work!

Croutonia has had it's first death this week as Sarah McCarthy passed away on Thursday at the age of 64. Fiance Joe Carr is inconsolable as they had planned to marry in only 2 days time.
Adopted son, Alvin Futa is determined to make her gym, Resistance Is Futile a success in her memory. This week has seen some new residents move into Croutonia. The Jitmakusol's asked family friends Ti-Ning Midlock and Carolina Sell to move in. Meanwhile, Brandi Broke asked boyfriend Jason Menon to join her family in time for the birth of their daughter, Janae. Shortly after, Meadow Long gave birth to her and Ben's second son, Cain.
Dustin Broke also suggested to his best friend Orlando Centowski that they put their funds together for a place of their own after they both became adults. AD0C0C The neighbourhoods strangest family just got a bit weirder. With Phil intent on continuing to be abducted, Gretchen decided that she might as well get herself a hobby too! Having had a good chat (and sold a dress) to the Infallibly Good Witch, Gretchen asked her over for dinner. They talked and joked, and talked some more...and then Gretchen asked to be taught the ways of the light. In a puff of smoke she became a witch and after a little guidance was also Infallibly Good (though, of course...Phil already knew that)!
Phil Jitmakusol has achieved his want to be abducted 5 times! Though he still wants more!
On his return, Gretchen decided to propose to him, perhaps as a slight reminder that there IS more to life than aliens?! We'll see if she can keep him grounded long enough to tie the knot! Edward Woz'Ere is following well in his dad's footsteps having now achieved the gold badge in gardening, as well as bonze's in fishing and using the till. Feeling his son is ready for the challenge, Henry has also passed ownership of The Corner Shop over to him. Congratulations Edward!
Week 6 saw the birth of the latest Woz'Ere, baby Richard, who soon became a toddler...then child - and his mum an elder! Older brother Henry (II) also had a birthday and became a teen with such a keen eye for the ladies that he found a potential 3 bolt relationship AND dated her by the end of the next day!
Meadow invited her friend Benjamin Long over and the two were soon flirting their way into a relationship. Meadow asked him on a date and by the end of the dream evening, Ben had become the latest resident...and they were engaged!
So the weekend saw the celebration of the neighbourhood's second marriage. With only a simple set up, the couple and their guests still managed to have a roof-raisingly good time, despite a couple of Ben's friends arguing! The next morning, their son Lee was born, and doting dad Benjamin was glad to have the day off work to spend getting to know the newborn. After her short stay at the Jitmakusol's, Melissa Fancey moved next door to Joe, then asked her best friend Meadow Couderc to join her. Together, they set up the neighbourhood's first club lot - an underground nightclub, which allowed Melissa to take a job in the slacker career.
Armando Hanby also moved in, much to Melissa's delight ;) After moving into his own place it wasn't long before Joe Carr fell in love with his friend Sarah McCarthy and asked her to move in with him. The couple bought a community lot and have been working on setting up a gym. Being aware that Grim would knock on their door soon they also adopted Alvin Futa and Chloe Gonzaga to try and give the youngsters a good start in life.
